Fillers for not carbonated soft drinks
Fillers can be listed into two big groups:

• volumetric fillers
• level fillers

Volumetric fillers measure, by electronic or mechanic systems, the volume to put into the container.
Volumetric fillers are particularly suitable for treatment of delicate or “valuable” products, where to reduce the quantity of waste is particularly important.
Level fillers introduce into the container the product quantity necessary to reach a particular level.

The valve for gravity filling does not contain dynamic gaskets, since a membrane realizes the seal between the movable parts: the return of the air contained in the bottle is perfectly separated from the falling product.
The filling level of the bottle is easily adjustable even automatically, while the machine is working.
